We had a hectic Easter this year. Actually we didn't have an Easter this year as we were travelling quite literally ALL of Easter Sunday, but that is another blog post entirely and an amazing one at that. Suffice to say that none of us regret being en route Easter Sunday. And we did get to celebrate Easter with our amazing extended family in Iowa (pictures to come) the following Sunday!! But my oh so wonderful Mother wanted to bring Easter a little closer to home so she bought an East bunny house (similar to a Gingerbread house) for the boys to make.
They started by constructing the house.
And arranging everything just so.
Of course, they had to test taste to be sure it was good!

The boys decided to decorate themselves when they ran out of house to decorate.
Our finished product turned out so beautiful!!
We trusted Jace to let if it was as good as it looked.
But, oh so worth it because when it's all said and done, look what we get to do with the leftover icing!!!
